Refund Policy

At ShuffleWay, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be requested for web hosting, WordPress hosting, domain registration, and related services.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible shared hosting and WordPress hosting plans for first-time customers only.

If you are not satisfied with your hosting service within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.

The following are not eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee:

• Domain name registrations and transfers
• SSL certificates
• Website design or development services
• Add-on services (email, backups, security tools, etc.)
• Renewals or upgrades
• VPS, Cloud, or Dedicated Server plans (if offered)

Refunds are only available on the first term of a new hosting account. Renewals are non-refundable. Previous customers who cancel and sign up again are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.

Domain Name Registrations

Domain name registrations and transfers are non-refundable.

Once a domain is registered or transferred, the registration fee is paid to the domain registry and cannot be reversed.

Website Design & Development Services

Website design, development, and related custom services are non-refundable once work has started.

If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial or full refund may be considered at ShuffleWay’s discretion.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please open a support ticket or contact us through your client area within the eligible refund period.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Important Notes

• Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy may void eligibility for a refund.
• ShuffleWay reserves the right to deny a refund in cases of abuse, excessive resource usage, or fraudulent activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
