Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ShuffleWay. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a service, or using ShuffleWay’s website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services

ShuffleWay provides web hosting, WordPress hosting, domain registration, and related online services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Billing

All fees are billed in advance according to the selected billing cycle. You agree to pay all charges associated with your account. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Prices are subject to change. We will provide notice of any price changes before they take effect on renewal.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Eligible shared hosting and WordPress hosting plans for first-time customers may qualify for a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domain registrations, renewals, SSL certificates, add-ons, and certain other services are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hosting or distributing malware, phishing content, or illegal material
  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email
  • Launching or participating in DDoS attacks or other network abuse
  • Violating intellectual property rights of others
  • Using excessive server resources that negatively affect other customers

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

7. Domain Names

Domain registrations are subject to the rules of the relevant domain registry and registrar. Domain fees are non-refundable once registered or transferred. You are responsible for renewing your domains on time to avoid loss of ownership.

8. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You retain ownership of all content you upload to your hosting account. You are solely responsible for the content on your websites and for ensuring it complies with all applicable laws.

ShuffleWay does not monitor customer content as a standard practice, but we reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable services and maintain high uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShuffleWay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the three (3) months prior to the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your services at any time through your client area. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in abusive behavior.

Upon termination, your data may be deleted. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your content.

12. Backups

While we may provide backup services, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups. ShuffleWay is not liable for any data loss.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ShuffleWay operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
